User Data Deletion

Your Right to Delete Your Data

Social Click is committed to protecting your privacy. In accordance with applicable data protection laws and Meta Platform Terms, you have the right to request deletion of all personal data and social media tokens we hold about you.

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove: your account and profile information, all OAuth access tokens, all scheduled and published posts, all uploaded media files, and all usage logs.

Method 1: Delete via the App (Instant)

Log in
Sign in to your Social Click account at crm.clicknow.live.

Go to Accounts
Navigate to Social Studio → Accounts.

Disconnect
Click the trash icon next to each connected account. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored access token.

Full Account Deletion
Email us at xoffice@clicknow.space. All data will be permanently removed within 24 hours.

Method 2: Revoke via Facebook Settings

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
  2. Find Social Click and click Remove
  3. We will receive a deletion notification and remove all associated data within 30 days.

Method 3: Email Request

Email: xoffice@clicknow.space

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include: The email address associated with your Social Click account

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

After Deletion

  • All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
  • No backups of personal data are retained after deletion.
  • Content already published to social platforms remains there and must be deleted directly.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
